Custom Massage Therapy in Cincinnati

A personalized session built around your emotional needs, physical goals, or both.

What to Expect

Our Custom Massage sessions are crafted to meet your individual needs, whether you’re navigating emotional stress, recovering from physical strain, or simply looking for balance in your body and mind. Each session draws from a range of therapeutic modalities to create a supportive, results-driven experience.

Before your first session, we’ll review your health history and goals to determine the best techniques for you. For ongoing care, we’ll continue to assess what’s working and adjust your plan to support your healing journey.

We offer three types of Custom Massage sessions: Mental Health Support, Physical Wellness, and Integrated Care. All are rooted in our trauma-informed, client-centered approach.

Custom Massage for Mental Health

These sessions are designed to support clients managing stress, anxiety, grief, depression, or trauma. If it’s your first visit, we’ll begin with an emotional body mapping session. Emotional body mapping is a process that blends somatic awareness and Eastern healing traditions to explore how emotional experiences are held in the body.

This initial session includes a detailed intake and discussion of your goals, followed by a calming massage session informed by your body’s responses. We’ll use this information to begin building a personalized treatment plan that evolves with your healing journey.

Techniques may include gentle massage, aromatherapy, acupressure, Reiki, vagus nerve toning, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and other supportive modalities. Each session is structured to help you regulate your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and create space for emotional release.

Over time, the insights we gain through this process will guide your care and support long-term emotional and physical well-being.

Custom Massage for Physical Health

These sessions focus on your physical body, reducing pain, improving movement, and helping you feel more at ease. Ideal for clients with chronic pain, muscle tightness, fatigue, or physical stress, these sessions blend deeper pressure techniques with tools like trigger point therapy, stretching, myofascial release, cupping, and scraping.

Whether you’re recovering from intense workouts, long hours at a desk, or ongoing tension, we’ll build a session that addresses the root of the issue while still supporting your overall well-being.

Custom Integrated Massage

This option bridges both approaches—emotional support and physical care—in a single, thoughtful session. Your therapist will combine calming and grounding techniques with more structured bodywork, based on your needs and your comfort level.

Integrated sessions are ideal for clients who have had their initial visit already and feel their mental and physical health are deeply connected and want to explore both in one visit. You may receive a combination of myofascial release, emotional body mapping, deep tissue work, vagus nerve toning, or other modalities depending on your treatment plan.
