Hi, I'm Carrie

With more than 20 years of experience in bodywork, I founded Cincinnati Massage for Mental Health with a deep commitment to supporting both physical and emotional healing. My background in kinesiology, massage therapy, mental health, yoga, and grief counseling allows me to blend science, technique, and intuition—creating a truly integrative approach to care.

Whether I’m supporting a post-op client through lymphatic therapy or helping someone feel more confident in their skin with paramedical tattooing, my goal is always the same: to create a space where healing and transformation are possible.

I currently offer services at our sister boutique, node & needle, located within the same building as Cincinnati Massage for Mental Health. My work is focused exclusively on my specialties—advanced lymphatic care and restorative paramedical tattooing.

Education

Licensed Massage Therapist and Bodywork (LMT) (C-MLD)

Graduated from a 975-hour medical massage therapy program at the Cincinnati School of Medical Massage with a license from the State of Ohio Medical Board and additional specialty trainings
Bachelors degree in Kinesiology, Associates Degree in Maternal Child Health and Lactation
Registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance with 200 foundational hours in Ashtanga Yoga and 300 advanced hours in Yoga Psychology

Mental Health Clinician (LMSW)

Master's degree in clinical social work with a concentration in trauma care and multiple years' experience in grief counseling
