Hi, I'm Carrie

With over 20 years of experience in bodywork, I’ve built Cincinnati Massage for Mental Health with a passion for supporting both physical and emotional healing. My background in kinesiology, mental health, yoga, massage therapy, and grief counseling gives me a unique approach to care, allowing me to blend science, technique, and intuition to help clients feel their best.
 

Whether I’m working with a post-op client seeking lymphatic support, someone navigating grief and trauma, or a client looking for confidence in their skin through paramedical tattooing, my goal is always to provide a space where healing and transformation happen.

Education

Mental Health Clinician (MSW)

  • Master's degree in clinical social work with a concentration in trauma care and multiple years' experience in grief counseling 


Licensed Massage Therapist and Bodyworker  (C-MLD) (LMT)

  • Graduated from a 975-hour medical massage therapy program at the Cincinnati School of Medical Massage with a license from the State of Ohio Medical Board and additional specialty trainings

  • Bachelors degree in Kinesiology, Associates Degree in Maternal Child Health and Lactation

 

  • Registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance with 200 foundational hours in Ashtanga Yoga and 300 advanced hours in Yoga Psychology
